I have installed EzCast dongle on my Sony Bravia 32" LED, for screen mirroring from either HP Notebook 1000 with Windows 8.1 or through Samsung Core 2 mobile/J2 Mobile, but I am unable to communicate to the EzCast dongle. How to fix this?

Based on the information found on the official website, all EzCast dongles support the following technologies: Miracast, DLNA and Airplay. This means you need one of this technology in order to broadcast content to the dongle. The EzCast dongle can be connected to a WiFi source and then you can use that source and devices on the network to broadcast content to the TV.
Also, you have to configure the dongle first before connecting. Insert it into USB, switch to HDMI interface and then use the remote control to configure it.
Currently, the software is compatible only with Windows 7, Windows 8/8.1. There is no Windows 10 release at the moment. Also, the latest version was released before Windows 10 version get available to public. The software will be upgraded to Windows 10 since the products are still available.

EZCast is asking me its WiFi network connection's password. I brought it from abroad and I don't know where to or how to find out the WiFi network password for my projector? What to do?

If the WiFi projector has an OSD, use it to change or display the current password. Unfortunately, there isn't anyone who can tell you the password for your devices. If you have the manual for the projector, consult it to learn how to change the password. If no manual is available, then I recommend you paste the name and model of your projector on Google. Type manual as well and then download the available PDF files. This way you will learn how to change its password to enter it in EZCast.
